GLM-5.3 is Zhipu’s newer chat model. In SillyTavern it is used for character RP: staying on card, long-context echoing, and how hard it steers dark scenes back to safety. Against 5.2, testers usually say the character holds better and echoing is rarer, if you load a GLM-oriented preset. You can also pick GLM-5.3 in Tabbit without installing SillyTavern.
Keep SillyTavern for character cards and lorebooks. Tabbit is for chatting with GLM-5.3 while a character page stays open.
